• Crosslinking agent for the low-formaldehyde resin finishing of wovens and knitwear made from cellulosic fibres and their blends with synthetic fibres in accordance with the current eco-standards.
• Also applicable to made-up garments
• Does not require an additional catalyst system
• Results in very low formaldehyde values if cured adequately
• Good easy-care properties and high dimensional stability of the finished goods
• Produces wash-and-wear effects that are stable at the boil
• No or only slight changes of shade
• Produces chlorine-resistant finishes
• Causes lower losses of tear fastness than conventional reactant crosslinking agents
• Highly compatible with most auxiliaries used in resin finishing, such as additives, softening and filling agents, water, oil and soil repellent agents and brighteners
• Not compatible with paraffin emulsions containing zirconium salt
• Is applied by the pad/dry-curing process
